Promise you wouldn't develop a smug sense of entitlement though I would try not to but the prawn sandwiches would probably overwhelm me.
Cynic or realist? It's a fine line! |

You could say Fat Sam kept us up with Pardews team plus Sakho. One could argue that since the play-off final each manager has been keeping us up with Dougie's team.

Ffs, odds shortened and Pearson now favourite for Boro, with Marco Silva off to Watford. Typical us. I really hope that doesn't mean we're getting the Ginger Dyke!

I really hope that doesn't mean we're getting the Ginger Dyke! As do we all SA-E, as do we all. That appointment would be a demonstration of the most appalling lack of ambition.
Bexley Dave Can you hear the Brighton sing? I can't hear a ******* thing! "The most arrogant, obnoxious bunch of deluded little sun tanned, loafer wearing mummy's boys I've ever had the misfortune of having to listen to" (Burnley forum) |

wouldnt be upset with claudio...would surely be the biggest manager ever to manage palace. Agreed on both points.

Another false allegation.
Reminds me of a poster on UK Usenet in days of yore who whenever a Bible reference appeared in news would post the text from that reference in the King James Bible. He failed the Turing test and turned out to be a 'bot.

SA-E and Bexleydave, I agree with so much of the stuff you write on here, but I have to disagree with you about Dyche. He is a perfect fit for us, a strong character who has premiere league experience. Can you see the likes of Pellegrini, coming in and integrating the youth players, dealing with the tea lady and really getting the whole south London and proud thing. Managers like Silva and Mancini are the darlings of the top 6 clubs in this country an the top two or three in European countries. A successful season and they'd be off. The ginger one, is the man.
has resisted writing a single post on the Ross McCormack thread !!! |
