I'd like to offer, in the same category of "short animated film" this to balance the previous pro-EU case:

[Link]

By no means perfect, but neatly explains "how the world (appears to) works outside the EU".

Interestingly, compare and contrast the level of engagement in this video relative to before: 85,000ish views, but many more likes/dislikes and many more comments. I wonder if the EU is also using taxpayer funds to is pay for bots/mongs to raise the viewcount of the previous (and other?) videos to lend implied popularity to their cause?

Good video, that second one. The remain one seems to have a lot unsubstantiated claims, which is all mostly all they seem able to come up with. The leave side has factual arguments.

The architect of this was, of course, the same Mandelson on the debate panel. That's why he dog-whistled right after Farage said it. It has been verified by Freedom of Information requests, and he stands culpable for enormous demographic change to Labour's supposed benefit.

Meanwhile, lesson learnt - negative use of the word "diversity" now means "you are a bigoted racist xenophobe". Bless the left - they will try and shut down debate at any cost with their racism and bigot cards.

Totally....

But not only that, it's their hypocrisy on everything.

Take yesterday and today as an example.

I posted up a list of w*nkers (Blair, Brown etc) supporting the Remain campaign and was accused by Kermit of "character assassination".

His post just above mine was completely trashing Boris Johnson and his comments!

Now today we have an attack from the left about what Nigel Farage has said.

You seem to be getting angry davemonkey, and in a week where we should all be happy having reached the fa cup final.....and i am happy being challenged by anyone you care to refer me to...because ultimately based on the economic principle that consumers act rationally he would, like you be talking out of his elbow. But i do agree with him that we are 'touched' by the eu, not only in terms of regulation but as intellectuals or heads of government/departments have stated just in the last week we would be safer, better off, etc etc if we remain. If i take the IMF they say GDP woukd be down between 1.5 -9.5% (in the worst case scenario) ...what does/could this mean ....it means the health budget could have to be cut by £14billion!!! The pensions budget cut by 15billion!!!
The treasury tells us that we could be 4300 worse off per household pa. With 19million households in the uk that means that uk consumers would be be 81billion worse off.....and i know that you will say that the figures are scaremongering blah blah but they are the official forecasts from independent and government organisations.
I too have a healthy respect for economic forecasts. I remember back in july 2007 i was wrting my q2 investment report (i was the cio for a middle/large fund manager) and we had been hearing from the OECD/large number of economists/ IMF etc that there was a housing bubble in the uk and a significant subprime problem in the US. Mervyn King and Alan Greenspan both said there wasnt a problem. Luckily i decided they were soothsayers because i knew $800billion of subprime debt is no small issue and rearrnaged the portfolios accordingly. Now when i hear the biggest warnings from the likes of the IMF, OECD etc alongside my own opinion i would take heed.....and i think the British public are beginning to see through the false propoganda and lies of the leave campaign and will hopefully behave like rational consumers. Most would probably think, hang on that 4300 could buy me 8 season tickets, 1500 pints of wetherspoons lager or enough to feed and clothe my kids for a year, but if i offered to give you 4300 pa i'll bet you (whatever rocks your boat) that you would still vote to leave...and chin chin old son that is irrational.

Tony Blair's speech writer, who also happened to be lead author of "the" immigration speech by Barbara Roche (then Minister of Immigration) that opened up the floodgates:

[Link]

Claims subsequently verified via a 2010 Freedom of Information request of draft copies of the policy paper, referring extensively to "social objectives" that did not appear in the final copy. The stated aims of the paper are to make the UK "multicultural" via mass migration, but to obfuscate from the public the reasons why they were opening the floodgates. Your denial is living testament to that aim.

I don't even know why I'm bothering. Left-wing multiculties are deaf to evidence, and blind to the effects. Let's all sit down and sing kumbaya.

In what must be wonderful timing, the US "National Academies of Science, Engineering and Medicine" has decided that Genetically Modified food is wonderful, great and safe, and we should eat it, and Europe should embrace it and plant lots of GM crops to feed Africa* etc etc etc:

[Link]

That's really great, because as we know, the US-EU TTIP trade deal includes a bonfire of pesky food standards that otherwise prevents Monsanto dumping GM seeds from the skies (hyperbole my own):

[Link]

Does anyone think this is something the UK should decide at a national level, or should we now surrender our right to choose the provenance and nature of the food we eat to the EU Commission?

I'm actually broadly for modified foods that are VERY clearly labelled and distinguishable, so consumers have choice. I'm very much against these standards being decided from way-up high where we can't make heads roll when they screw it up. It also concerns me what else the EU has signed away to get at the US market. Guess we'll know... er.. well, when it's signed? It's under secretive lock and key now, as you can watch here:

[Link]

* Irony: Africa cannot sell abundant cheap non-GM agricultural produce to the EU due to protectionist trade barriers that keep French farmers happy. That's why our food prices are so high, and why they will drop when we leave the EU.

It'll be rigged in favour of 'remain' anyway.

It'll be like the Scottish referendum I think. A combination of biased coverage and people getting cold feet at the last minute.

I think the point of this has somehow eluded you; it matters not what some Evening Standard journalist wrote in 2009, in 2016 there are clearly not enough old white men who want Britain out of the EU to carry the referendum for Brexit, so to broaden their appeal to the voters they put a younger, articulate black woman on the panel next to Farage. He then bangs on about "rubbing our noses in multi-culturalism"; at a stroke alienating thousands if not millions of the people they are trying to appeal to.

Further, Ms Mitchell then called him out saying "this has been the problem with people of ethnic diversity voting leave"

Farage shot most of his toes off in the run up to the general election; now most of his left foot is gone. Soon he won't have a leg to stand on!
