Seen a few different reports regarding the cost of the move, £10-£13.8m but whatever it is I can't wait for it to be confirmed. This says so much about where this club is and where it intends to be. Cabaye will give us what we've lacked in the past, tactical options when we're trying to break sides down (mostly at Selhurst) and a bit of help for McArthur in the creativity department.

As per usual Syd doesn't know what he's talking about. 1. Agilo were the ones who put the club into admin. 2. It was £6m for the ground. 3. Expect Ian J to pop with the fact that CPFC 2010 took out a debenture, but forgets that you need liquidity behind you to actually take out a debenture. God, you really are a tedious little pedant, aren't you? Yes, Agilo put the club into administration but had CPFC2010 wanted to acquire directly from Jordan at any point, they could have done so thereby saving both the club and Jordan from that particular humiliation. OK: Agilo technically put the club into administration and CPFC 2010 allowed it to happen because it was in their financial interests to do so. 2. Yes, the club were losing money but when you're an entrepreneur you back yourself to spot a losing business and turn it around. That's why they bought us and that's what they've done. When you have a net worth of over 200m pounds, liquidity probably isn't a problem. Less Plane, more Plain Dull.
1. There is no 'technichally' about it, it was Agilo. For your information SP did approach Jordan but Jordan being Jordan, refused his help. Bit of an egotist Jordan, does that ring any bells with you? 2. Cor, thanks for letting me know how the business world works, I'm eternally grateful Anyway bubble, hopefully we can get back to the minute by minute updates from the hospital/training ground/Beckenham Wimpy Speak for yourself, not for the rest of us. I don't know him, but find Syd consistently one of the most interesting, reasoned and well informed posters on here. I'll second that!!
