How can anyone take the "war" seriously when there looked like 20,000 traveling Ukraine men of fighting age at the Ukraine game in Germany the other day....... Maybe they were given R &R so they could take a break from being shot at and enjoy just watching some shooting? A little over 110 years ago some soldiers actually played a match before going back to killing one another.

It looks worse are there really tories sprinting into betting shops with their wedges laying on the election date, do they have inside info? Another blow for Rishi, if it gets any worse he will start picking up sympathy votes.
This wouldn't happen with Starmer, of course, he would boot them out straight away regardless, in fact they would have already been booted out by then for having socialist views.

I'm amazed how many people seem to be voting Reform. Let's hope that in 10 days we can change British politics forever.

Are you predicting an endless succession of Labour governments stretching to eternity? With a dose of noisy hard right rhetoric on the side? For that’s all that Reform could ever hope to achieve. The majority of the UK people are middle of the road social democrats. Fringe politics, either of the left or the right, could never form a government here. Trying to destroy and then replace the Tories might work for one election but never long term. They would rebuild, reinvigorate and be ready to renter, once Labour had failed to deliver. Memories are short.

Starmer is slowly realising socialism does not work , good for him
Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

We never surrendered our sovereignty! That was always an outright lie. Deflections in responses occur frequently here. Insurers don’t ignore regulations. Regulations don’t control every aspect of insurance. Many things being matters of judgement or company policy. No one here is, I suspect, an authority on the movement of animals. Even after finding the detailed advice I was little wiser. All I learned was how confusing it must be for those trying to administer it. Which was a great outcome for Brexit. Goodness me, what a muddled, largely irrelevant farrago. This began when you arrogantly challenged anyone on HOL to name a single benefit from Brexit. I came up with two and you didn't like it. So, in line with your normal practice, you go bumbling on, with limited attention to the facts, ultimately boring people into submission. Yes, I submit. I can't believe you won't again insist on having the last word, to which you are welcome.

Remember that a Parliament with a minority Labour government does not mean that the opposition is from one party.

I will be voting Reform mainly as an anti Tory vote to get their house in order. My socialist neighbour said then why not vote Labour you can guess what I said to that.
