But surely you agree a "solar car" would be one which generates its own electricity via onboard solar panels? I know a portion of the domestic grid power comes from wind farms, but would you ever claim you have a wind powered TV?

Brexit = 75,000 jobs to go/be relocated predicted by BoE That's quite a hit what with the domino effect of their money going elsewhere and not being spent in the local shops, on nannies, cabs, etc, 75,000 x an average salary of say 60k? That's £4.5 bllion. Over 10 years £45 billion. l The economy

The report also argued that there could be opportunities from Brexit, such as developing bespoke financial services for emerging market economies across the Middle East and Asia including China and India. Even if 75,000 jobs do go, London would still be by far the largest financial centre in Europe with over one million people employed in financial services in the capital and across the rest of Britain. And the UK would still enjoy a healthy trade surplus in financial services with the rest of the EU worth many tens of billions of pounds.
Optimistic as ever |

''It’s a funny notion of democracy, then, that says that public involvement in Brexit should already be over and done with. That one binary vote is the only say we should be allowed''. This applies to every 'vote' we cast so i'm not sure why Abi believes that Brexit would any different tbh.

How would you do it then?

If there was any doubt that the FT is a 'Remain' paper, its editor has confirmed as much. As I have known for a while, all stories about Brexit should be taken with a pinch of salt. [Tweet Link]
