PR most certainly guarantees perpetual political stalemate and an inability to make timely policy. The advarsarial two party system is by no means ideal but if it is replaced, it must be with something workable and not a ball and chain to decision making. Trump is President for obvious reasons. A very large proportion of the United States did not trust Hillary Clinton, and with good reason, and feared, with good reason, the 'Hispanicification' of America and all the cultural problems it brings. White America rejected the policies that place them last and some of non White America rejected the victim mantra in favour of self determination.
Therefore all the positives you claim are just unsubstantiated grandstanding also. Cuts both ways. We all know why people "feared" continued membership. Its called being a xenophobe. Clinton won the popular vote by over 3 million, despite being one of the least popular candidates in modern history. You are correct to draw parallels between brexit and Trump, they are part of the same problem with humanity, its clan culture - fear people who dont look like you, they may take your women and jobs.
Trump lost. Badly. Hahahahahahaha. |

I dont think xenphobia is illegal yet.

Xenophobia: You are admitting you are a racist, and trying to make it sound like being a racist is ok. I'm glad you are being honest about why you like people like Trump. Hes a xenophobe too, and believes it to be very natural indeed.

Not really worth a response, but well done for stating the obvious. Your break has not made you any wiser.
Funny how people like you don't like the predetermined rules of democracy when you lose.

Not all brexiteers are racists. However the person I was replying to, who said its quite alright and natural/not illegal to be a xenophobe, clearly is... Xenophobia is the bastion of the small minded. Try to expand your mind a little, and realize that what country someone comes from doesn't define them.

Trump lost. Badly. Hahahahahahaha. |

Funny how people like you don't like the predetermined rules of democracy when you lose. Haha. I even cut and pasted the dictionary definition of xenophobia in my other post, therefore conjecture concerning what I consider xenophobia to be is futile. It is what I said it is. People like me? Who is that exactly? I love the rules of democracy. Try reading "How Democracies Die" by Levistky and Ziblatt and then come back to me concerning the rules of democracy, and how Donald Trump has broken every single one. Elections are not democratic when they are predicated on lies and mistruths, which the idiotic plebs in this world lap up like their precious cheap beer, sadly not smart enough to figure out they are being duped like the suckers that they are.
Trump lost. Badly. Hahahahahahaha. |
