Funny that isn't it. It's almost as though that only when the middle class take up a cause that anything happens.....Until the Times broke this story no one cared....despite less popular outlets having raised this before.
Love him or loathe him, i'd say Tommy Robinson has a lot to do with bringing this into the main stream!

those towns need an urgent injection of people from Poland, China, romania etc etc...just to get it back to 'multi' and to give the English language a chance to recover there.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'BBC fake news - Tommy Robinson' by Midlands Eagle Yep, the 'guardians' of society are busy taking Robinson to court while the Prison service itself admit that there is a problem with Islamic gangs radicalising prisoners in the clink. Yep, something Robinson has been saying for years. Imagine how bad it has to be for the Prison service itself to admit to this. Being right about something doesn't matter....it's being 'right on' about it. The fear of being called racist still perverts our institutions.

Being right about something doesn't matter....it's being 'right on' about it. The fear of being called racist still perverts our institutions. It seems to me that there is an awful lot of confusion over why so many, me included, think "Robinson" to be a rabble rousing menace. It has nothing at all to do with the issues that he believes need to be "exposed". That these issues exist is obvious and to believe that the responsible authorities are either unaware or seeking to deal with them is naive. The ONLY way to handle these issues is professionally drawing on all the collective wisdom and expertise of our paid experts. That such things are difficult and demanding and might require long term strategies to succeed doesn't alter that. Winding up the already angry and biased in the way that "Robinson" does is more than unhelpful. It tends to taint a whole religion as criminal. This divides us at a time when we need good people from every community on the same side. So I believe that those who think "Robinson" to have performed some kind of public service by "exposing the truth" to be mistaken. The truth would have been known and being dealt with; just not in a way that everyone approves of. For instance the problem of radicalisation by some islamists in our prisons is well understod. Dealing with it is challenging but "Robinson" only makes it worse by convincing those targetted that they are regarded as lesser people by British society so they need to fight back.
For the avoidance of doubt any comments in response to a previous post are directed to its ideas and not at any, or all, posters personally. |

Or they could emigrate to a country more aligned with their cultural preferences.
