How do you know what the hate crimes are,it could be muslims on jews,or on soldiers. Good point, could be feminists on men or lefties on white working class men.

Of course they are important. The perps of those attacks are scum. And yes it will make people angry. But are people really so thick that they have to take it out on someone because they are brown. On the subject of an increase in hate crime on disabled people , I've seen hate crime described as backward, a private hate, something outside the public arena, the kind of thing driven by the very public, officially sanctioned, state hatred of counter-welfarism and PIPs. This could also have something to do with it. Yes they are that thick. And if you want to blame conservative government for hate crimes on disabled then that’s fine as that backs my point up. So in conclusion, you agree that Brexit and hate crime aren’t linked?!

Nick, as a Labour activist what are YOU doing to help stop the rise in anti-semitism with the Labour party and in particular, your mates at Momentum? its vice-chairwoman Jackie Walker springs to mind. There have been countless stories on this over the last year. Oh, and is that because of Brexit too?

Says the man who said once (I paraphrase) 'You should be glad I'm in front of my computer and not in front of you because I don't know what I'd do to you' I condone violence if it stops violent fascists. I don't condone random acts of violence. What has the last line got to do with anything?

You were suggesting that people who fought against Hitler would feel betrayed. I'd say they would feel betrayed if they knew that Britain now prioritised immigrants over their grand children. My grandfather voted Labour most of his life and Labour activists today would just call him a racist and some of them no doubt a nazi.....even though he had shrapnel wounds from the war. Many modern day Labour activists couldn't tie his boot laces. They don't even like the country let alone have the gall to talk about a generation who fought for it.

And innocent cops and civilians get caught in the crossfire. Will you only stop when someone gets killed? We live in a civilised society with law and order. It's not the job of a bunch of anarchists to police the country. Outrageous views from you. You are teaching our children! Edited by Penge Eagle (17 Oct 2017 10.29pm)

Hmm. Notice how all the mood music being churned out by the establishment recently is about how "we" are all suffering already because of the Brexit vote? And by Establishment I don't mean "lefties". George Osborn's Evening Standard (for example) could hardly be called a Champion of Socialism. If the Government allows a 52% referendum decision to be binding, which it has, then it should stop f**king about and get on with delivering what it's now bound to deliver. Instead, it's doing everything it conceivably can to stall and prolong the sham of attending meetings without actually doing anything constructive to move the process forward. Extensions, transitional arrangements, anything to delay the UK actually cutting its ties with all those EU systems and bodies. The cold war between the ultra-rich,right wing media owners on one side and big non-media UK corporates on the other continues to be played out in front of us, with both sides' cheerleaders in the Tory party playing their games and leaving we the people very poorly served indeed.
