You know full well there is a blanket of shame ready for any players not taking the knee every match that’ll come from their teammates and sly sports and the rest of the press. Rugby has more intelligent players that don’t conclude one thing if you oppose something and F1 is an individual sport that had sportsmen able to not need to take Lewis Hamilton’s blame and tantrums and told him no and expressed an anti racism message in another way with LH kneeling. NFL had a choice and viewing figures are 25% down, or is it more? So we’ll see what happens. But because of Covid the fall in crowds will probably be blamed on Covid and the fall in viewers on the recession. The talk on Hol was to turn backs during the kneeling. Problem with that is it’s as if it hadn’t happened, which they’d be okay with.

What was your opinion on F1 drivers refusing to take the knee when Lewis Hamilton was blowing a gasket over it and what’s your opinion now they make a perfectly good show of solidarity against racism? (was there any in F1 anyway?)

You won't find, 'it's just five seconds' for the disabled....You won't find, 'it's just five seconds' for domestic abuse....I literally could go on for minutes on all the different causes. This one has accumulated a disproportionate number of posters with similar views that lie outside the mainstream, including some that apparently have been banned from other sites. Those who do stick around must either be extremely patient and tenacious or masochists. Why this has happened is another question but that it has cannot really be doubted. It is self-evident, even though it will likely be denied by the most culpable. Have you never ridiculed anyone on here?
