I’ll give Ahamada a bit more time but he ain’t got too long to impress. Every time I see him him he’s a liability.

I think ahmada and rak saki would benefit hugely for a spell on loan in the Championship

I think we went into the Christmas period really thinking we could it had been that good, but losing at home to Norwich brought us back down to earth a bit if I remember right

I can’t remember a time like this when I felt we could beat any team put in front of us.

The Wharton, Eze, Olise, Mateta combination is amazing. I’m still pinching myself.

Would prefer a good mid table finish and maybe a cup run and chance of a Wembley final than "Europe" next season !

This is what I think also would be a good target to hit for next year, especially if we do end up losing some players.

Enjoy it while it lasts. It could be for just one more game.

Think positive.
In Glasner we have a manager who is way ahead of 'fan' managers.
He presumably left Reidwald behind because he is going.
His style of play, management and ability to win are extraordinary.
Ahamada is clearly being tested as was Reidwald.
He showed a few nice touches but overall was out of his depth.
There we go again. Another 'fan' manager !
Interesting that Bayern were clocking him if you believe the clickbait..
Just hope he is with us for a long exciting journey.
Over to you board.
The 'new' Palace are so good to watch.

Ahamada getting too much stick. It's the longest he's played in a game. He played a great ball to Olise that led to Eze's goal and he bailed out Richards by tackling a guy who was going to get a shot off or set someone up for a goal. Going down to 10 men 2 goals up with just a few minutes to play wasn't an issue
Sure he gave the ball away a couple of times but not as many as Mitchell did in the first 15 minutes

The Bayern interest in Glasner is true it was flagged up on Sky football. Oliver Glasner seems to be a person of integrity and turned the offer down. This is a breath of fresh air compared to some of the managers we have had, Steve Bruce and Dougie Freedman to name just two. Back to yesterday’s game, I had us down to win 4-1 and our front line to run riot, I got some of it right! But what a performance away from home again, feels like we let Fulham off the hook recently. We are on an upwards trajectory….

Agreed. I think he was a bit wobbly to start with but grew into the game. Silly mistake for his first yellow but as for the red what was he supposed to do, let the player get away?

I think some of his mistakes yesterday were because he was trying too hard. It's a real pity that he wont play the last game because I think we would have seen a calmer player.

I trust Glasner will make the right decision about him, there is a player there, he is not better than a our first choice but he can be a solid squad player and is still young.
