What. Seriously? We could be going into an epic season if we keep hold of certain players and we're going to be wearing that? I hope the away kit is better... What with that and the sponsor, think I'll give it a miss this season. I don't think its that bad and I particularly like the epilepsy-inducing pattern that will confront the opposition every time they get too near to our players...
hats off to palace, they were always gonna be louder, and hate to say it but they were impressive ALL bouncing and singing. |

It's awful. I was expecting something to honour the 100 year anniversary at Selhurst and instead we get this thing that looks like it was designed by a crack addict in photoshop Why is it so hard to just have proper stripes?

I eventually figured out that those squirls are eagles. It's a bit trippy, but essentially it's just more red and blue stripes.

Maybe it will grow on us but it reminds me of paisley from the seventies currently. Or an acid/ mushroom trip from the late eighties/ early nineties.

My teenage daughter thinks it is amazing and has asked for one for her birthday. Seems to be on note with the streetwear style that the club has been moving towards, tying in with the cage football image. Maybe not for the more traditionalists, but more representative of the type of players we have ie bold, exciting, youthful. Don't know whether I'd call myself a traditionalist tl, but at 78 yrs old I've seen a fair few Palace shirts in my time (I recall being very downcast when we moved away from claret and blue) and the latest design ticks all the right boxes for this old geezer. It captures our exciting new, Glasner era, image wonderfully.
Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled. |

I can't see the opposition wanting to swap shirts at full tim with any of our players, it will be like " Na you're alright mate, im all out of mind bending drugs "
When your children are teenagers, it’s important to have a dog so that someone in the house is happy to see you |

I prefer traditional simplicity but this caters for us oldies as well - if you look at it from a distance it's just good old stripes, some of you may want to look at it from a range of at least 20 miles though.

I will probably have a few beers before the first home game of the season & wander into the club shop to see what its like in the flesh (so to speak) & choose one of the 3 shirts, probably guided to some extent by which are available in Fat B size.
