Luton winning is extremely disappointing but I'm looking at it this way.

They have five games left to make up 5 points on us. Their next game is away to Man City which, barring a huge upset, you'd expect them to lose. That would give them four games to makes up five points. That's a lot.

We have six games left. If we can take maybe 4 points from those games, their job will be borderline impossible.

With Olise back, we have to imagine we can at least manage that. If not then yes, perhaps we deserve to go down.

I make it 6 games for Luton and 7 for us.

I think it's extremely touch and go for us to stay up. We need results against Fulham, Wolves, Newcastle, Villa maybe United.

If the disastrous does happen then I can't say it's not deserved.

1. Ridiculous summer transfer window, wasted money and poor decisions
2. The stupid decision to bring on Olise at Brighton
3. The seemingly sentimental decision to keep Roy on for the extra few weeks.

If you look at the results against the fellow strugglers

Brentford - draw, Win
Everton - Loss, Draw
Forest - Draw, Draw
Luton - Loss, Draw

1 win in 8 against the fellow strugglers excluding Burnley and Sheffield Utd.

That is relegation from.

Perhaps Parish gets his ideal position of being a bigger fish in a smaller pond.

Woods smashes a golden chance from a yard out against the post.

Has he been speaking to Jordan Ayew?

Spurs now in command over Forest near the end 3-1.

I dont know how you can exclude Sheff Utd and Burnley as believe it or not they are fellow strugglers as well , which means we would have 5 wins , 5 draws and 2 losses , which to me is not relegation form and out of the bottom 7 would be one of the better records

Forest losing tonight to Spurs was a good outcome for us.
Many appear to suggest that the third relegation spot is between Luton and ourselves, when clearly Everton and Forest are very much in the mix, with further potential points deductions and appeals being pursued.
We have some horrendous fixtures, though, and cannot feel confident about securing just one win, which probably would be enough to save our skin.

I am sorry but i do not see how our remaining fixtures are horrendous , and certainly no different from what other teams face. Lets look at those teams we have to play and our earlier games against us. Liverpool we lost to an injury time goal , West Ham we drew with, Newcastle the only side who have really battered us, Fulham, we drew with , Man U we beat , Wolves we beat and Aston Villa score two goals in Injury time to beat us . That is hardly a run of games that we should fear , and those saying i dont see us winning another game or even picking up another point are blowing smoke out of their rectal passages. Put into the mix that some of these teams we have to play also have their minds on other competitions Liverpool, Man U, Villa and West Ham and also the fact we have players returning from injury, it is no wonder that our relegation odds are as large as 20/1.The bookies know and i know we are not going down and some on here need to stop pooing their pants over that prospect

Our current form is now the worst in the bottom seven.
Scary

I hope you’re right. Out of interest what were you predicting before the run of games against Luton Forest & Bournemouth?

Que sera sera.
We can either go down or stay up. Whichever, Glasner with face some interesting challenges. On the one hand building a side capable of promotion after the "stars" have left, or on the other, obtaining the finance to build a side that finally mounts a credible challenge in the PL. No more treading water.
Given history, what seems more likely?

Surely we will win one of our remaining games. One of those unexpected end of season results. I’ll go for us beating Newcastle 3-0…like the April mid-week fixture at home to Arsenal a few Seasons ago. COYP!

Whether Glasner is still in situ should we get relegated is of course a matter of speculation and there are supporters entertaining the possibility that someone else will be entrusted to rebuild and hopefully mount a promotion push.
