How bad are Forest to not be able to beat a Palace 2nd 11. We could have nicked that in the second half, shame Mateta couldn’t put that excellent chance away.

Hats off to our players for putting in a battling performance….

If ever there was a game that reeked of respect the point that was it.
Can't fault the effort, but we lacked the the quality without the injured players.
Mateta missed the clearest chance, but in fairness the pass wasn't played into his stride so he had to take it on the stretch.

Totally agree, best we could hope for with all our best offensive players out, i think the triangle of Johnstone, Andersen and Guehi is the best in the premiership, under Vieira we would easily have lost that game. but Roy respects the point.

If recruitment wasn't so woeful we might have a few options to change things from the bench or put pressure on players !

Now that was a well earned and unexpected point. With all the absentees from our squad the team worked incredibly hard. Forrest on the other hand must be annoyed that they missed a golden opportunity against a very weakened team. COYP

OMG, you lot are happy with a draw at home?

Yes, we have injuries, the squad named should've won. Oh no, you are HAPPY with a draw at home to a team BELOW us in the league. Christ give me strength.

Yes, Forest had the edge over us. They had better chances of scoring than us. We could have lost if not for GK Sam.

That chance to Mateta.

You would find it hard to identify a Conference League striker, who woundn't score in that situation.

He should have scored but he did slip. How many Conference strikers have you seen?

Come on eagleman, a full strength team and if we’d battered them and not scored, of course we’d all be moaning about a draw at home to an average at best team. But the injuries are horrendous and we rode our luck today, so given the circumstances we’ve got to be happy to get away with a point. Especially as previous seasons we probably would’ve lost both these last two home games. At least we’ve dug in for a point in both

Fair play to young Rak Sak today. I’ve said he’s not going to make it big time with us and he’s only got near the team because of injuries, but he did well today and stood out for us.

I too have criticised him but he was decent today. Looked better when Schlupp went off.Still uncertain about first touch but it was nice to see crowd willing him on.

Yes that was good, nice to have that little buzz around the ground like when Wilf used to get the ball, it must have given him a lift

Great shout. I noticed this straight away and thought exactly the same. That buzz (apart from when Eze has the ball perhaps) has been missing. Something so different and exciting though with him being an academy lad.

This injury nightmare could be make or break for him, if he is going to prove me wrong and shine for us this is his chance, similar to when Wan Bissaka only got his chance a few years ago because of another horrendous spell of injuries
