Figures and contract length are being reported and everyone is assuming there is some verisimilitude to the reports.

The last time someone suggested cream to me was in my lothario days and he used the words "Delay cream". Edited by Willo (18 May 2023 9.28am)

I would keep, he's a legend, I remember when Wright left, Wright hadn’t even reached his prime when he left us, as his subsequent form and performances for Arsenal demonstrated. Zaha is much older, well past his prime and now seems to be increasingly injury prone.

He’s been great for us but please tell me we don’t do this and just let him go. Time to get rid.

200k is abit to rich for me , stay with same salary with a availability clause , if his injurys do keep mounting the clause kicks in and salary will be paid on appearances , i would like to see him stay but at what cost , we have complained about injured players before , shouts of take him off the books do we want to go down that line with Wilf say in 12 months time , he does recover well but the years take there toll on joints and muscles , and becomes harder so yes keep him but 200k no not for me

Right or wrong an offer was made, one that is unbelievable and way far off any other he would get from teams in England or abroad. I believe that Zaha is smart enough to understand that the offer Parish has made, means he is absolutely secure for life. We keep our best ever player-let me remind Brighton away two goals in 2013 and his fantastic appearance later ay Wembley which was epitomised with the penalty and Palace's stay in the premiership from then on to date-There is always the risk of injuries, more every year he is older, but the meaning of the whole process is that a mediocre premiership team has the power to keep its legend for life.Time will show if the move was wise.

Its the least wilf deserves after staying with us all those years. few injuries this season but he still has had a decent season. He just needs to manage himself better with injuries and remember he cant bounce back as quickly as he has done in the past and not come back a few games early and not play the full 90 all the time.

Has Wilf got some, err, compromising pictures of Parish.
“That’s a joke son, I say, that’s a joke.” “Nice boy, but he’s sharp as a throw pillow.” “He’s so dumb he thinks a Mexican border pays rent” “ “Son… I say, son, some people are so narrow minded they can look through a keyhole with both eyes.”__ Forhorn Leghorn |
