I don't think he hasn't has praise. I think most people just acknowledge Wardy for what he is - a terrific servant to the club, who gives his everything for the shirt. He's limited in the pace department and doesn't offer enough going forward...and for that reason we do need an upgrade - but I'd say most people appreciate him. Exactly this ^^^ But he’s nowhere near good enough or quick enough now and we desperately need an upgrade in BOTH full-back positions.

If POTS was based upon the games since Roy's return I would vote for him. I have never seen such a rejuvenated player in such a short time frame.
