The way we are playing without motivation and poor discipline I would be happy if we actually scored a goal. The best we can hope for is a draw but unless the manager can prove his worth by motivating the team and using a more imaginative line-up I don't see much chance notwithstanding Chelsea's current woes. Avoiding a loss would be an encouraging improvement.

Yes, let’s sack the manager because it’s clear that he doesn’t want or recognise the need to sign new players. And definitely drop our first choice ‘keeper after one poor game.

Seen a few PV comments on Instagram and at the very least he’s saying things I certainly want to hear such as ‘playing with togetherness and giving it a go’ plus ‘starting well’ etc. Whether it will count for much is another thing but even if 0 points, which I’m prepared for in any case, I would be very satisfied with a real commitment and effort as a start!

Probably a 3-0 defeat but maybe today we could have a Roy H 4 4 2 set up with Hughes doucoure jairo and schlupp, wilf and mateta up top and top and punt a few high balls which if mateta can get his frame off the ground could offer a flick on or two for wilf Not pretty but all this tip tap from the back not working at the moment

Chelsea in shambles as were Tottenham before our recent meeting. So same result, a 0 - 4 defeat seems likely. This game and the following four - 2 x Man United, Newcastle plus Weeds - could be an aggregate beteeen 0 - 10 and 0 - 20.

Hoping for a draw but expecting a 3-0 thumping. We are so rubbish at the moment it's hard to see where the next point is coming from. Hope for the best but expect the worst has always been my feeling in 60 years of supporting the club. COYP
