Not really a fan of stand up these days.

Always liked a bit of Richard Prior but Steve Coogan is probably the funniest I have seen in recent years.

I think stand up comedy is a bit old hat full stop - I'm not trying to curry favour btw ... although I would make Omid Djalili an exception.

Some of the best modern day comedians appeal to their own age group. Peter Kay Micky Flanagan Romesh Ranganathan The blonde on bbc is quite funny. She’s straight. Unusual for a female comedian these days. The Canadian guy who’s an actually funny version of Tim Vine, who isn’t funny. If it isn’t one of these then ‘9 out of 10 cats’, which unfortunately was dropped and replaced with them doing ‘countdown’ which isn’t worth the time. COYP

The blonde on bbc is quite funny. She’s straight. Unusual for a female comedian these days. The Canadian guy who’s an actually funny version of Tim Vine, who isn’t funny.

If it isn’t one of these then ‘9 out of 10 cats’, which unfortunately was dropped and replaced with them doing ‘countdown’ which isn’t worth the time.

I'm not sure how you'd know as you'd have already switched off and put in a written complaint about the over representation of Brown Boys on TV before the opening credits had finished.
