Isn't that standard Chelsea behaviour? If I recall correctly even Patrick Bamford had to sign a new contract before coming to Palace to set Selhurst Park alight That's right, a lot of cubs do it, I guess it gives them a stronger position should a potential transfer saga develop.

His stock is rising and if he’s got anything about him will be looking at who’s going to be in front of him at Chelski and weighing up his options. His contract is running down and this puts CG in control. as I said at the beginning of this thread - maybe this might not be a loan deal? Might end up being a sale with buyback options or sell on clause. Fingers crossed.

Watching him play for the U21 at the moment, hasn't seen too much of the ball but can already tell the lad likes to tackle. I'm having a little trouble telling him apart from Cantwell and Davies, got a Goldilocks trio in the midfield.

Apparently Chelski are negotiating a contract extension with him before Allowing him to sign a one season loan with us?

Just won a penalty, ran behind the last man and positioned his body between the defender and the ball, defender took him down. 3-0 England btw.

Which other player from the U21s would Palace afford? From the midfield up I've seen only player which are Top 6 material or maybe not good enough to pay for (Solanke). What about from other teams? For the people who know about him, 18 year old Hlozek was used as a starter for the Czech Republic national team I tried to talk to the board of Palace but they never listen...some of these player are a sure investment and may become Premier League regulars in the future..

Why would they listen to you? Do you have any genuine pedigree/experience/value here? I know why they WOULDN’T listen to me. I’ve been coaching around the very low Saturday and Sunday leagues for a number of years, so I have a proven track record of having extremely poor credentials and not knowing what I’m talking about.

I thought this was a done deal. Newsnow reporting that Leeds are after him and we are also after Bats on loan.

I too have played competitive football in my youth and regularly discuss transfers with the President of a football club which was involved in the Champions League in 2013 and is now reorganizing in the 3rd division. I've written the following and have been right in 99% of cases. If proof of the future is not enough, then I don't know what is. And some of my older threads, where you can see how things developed: And if you want to see them all, I made a compilation. It might seem like child's play, but I urge you to actually analyze it through until the end and you will see that it is in fact a proof of making money like no other.
