Yes you will always have racism, some form of division and a spectrum of socioeconomic groups. There is undoubtedly a lot of black people not reaching their potential or anywhere close to it and there will always be black people on low wages as whites with equal ability. More immigration will cluster this frustration together more and will happen more because there’s less desire or necessity to integrate if the minority community is larger. I wonder what the difference of achievement is for blacks in white areas compared to blacks in black areas. I’m certain I know there’s a big difference. There is undoubtedly a lot of black people not reaching their potential or anywhere close to it and there will always be black people on low wages as whites with equal ability. Yes she's clearly made a success of herself and should be proud of that.
