How do you protest then when you want to see change? Seriously? In a democracy? You organise an event, inform the Police of your gathering and then turn up and protest. You don't break into events where you aren't invited and disrupt them.

Of course it was. I have already posted the definition of aggravated trespass:- You must be doing two things to commit aggravated trespass: What these idiots were doing fell into both categories and I would like to see them all prosecuted

Democracy is such a pain. I'm right and you lot are too stupid to see that. I can't be bothered convincing you in the normal way like joining or starting a party and campaigning for change. No because I am morally superior to the rest of you lot I will ruin people's day by blockading road, railway stations and airports or spoil their evenings out. I mean what's the alternative that I come up with an imaginative campaign that catches the public eye and pushes my agenda, that sounds like hard work. No I will go with the old tried and trusted methods, anyway their only Tories and they can't touch me because I am entitled to do as I like but will get offended if anyone dares stop me.

They were not found guilty of anything. No Magistrate ever would have done so. You are confusing British precedential law with Napoleonic law.

Sigh Anyone that doesn't agree with you automatically is bonkers, you have always made that clear. And as someone that believes in cerebral hygiene there is zero chance anyone can convince you to agree with them. As a Judge I would have thought you of all people can see that the protest was not viewed as illegal and therefore presumably the threshold for being aggravated trespass had not been crossed. There is plenty of precedent on this issue, both in UK law and also from the UCHR.
