This election was about Bins not Brexit. Let's see how good they do in the EU elections. No it wasn't. It was supposed to be about bins but the electorate showed both major parties that they were annoyed with them over Brexit and deliberately voted against their normal party

Brexit Party will do well in these bloody EU elections and it will another disaster for my beloved Tory party. I am meeting up with my Tory chums tonight and there will be a great deal of spitting feathers and the flairing of nostrils.
You can spit and flair as much as you like but nothing will be achieved whilst Mrs May remains so obstinate. I have voted Tory all my life but couldn't bring myself to vote at all in the local elections and in the forthcoming European elections I will vote for the Brexit Party as a clear signal that I want the referendum result honoured.

Mrs May is responsible for this whole debacle and I really cannot wait to see the back of her.My dear wife has got bored with 'Yours truly' speaking of May in negative terms for month on month. In terms of the election, thank heavens my ward returned 3 Conservatives, as was expected, each of them receiving votes far in excess of any of the other candidates. Apropos my get together last night with my Tory chums there was a great deal of foam-flecked frenzy, hyperventilating and self-combustion, indeed I have never seen these people in such a lather. Nobody. I convinced myself that people died to earn/protect our right to vote so it's my duty to observe that right and out of respect I've always turned out and spoilt my ballot in protest as I don't believe anyone on the ticket represents me. The only positive vote I've ever cast was in the EU referendum. That choice has been pissed on. Democracy doesn't exist and nobody ever died to gain the right to vote, it's all a f***ing illusion. The elitist pigs will just do what the f*** they want anyway, it's one big bun fight over who gets to be chief c*** for a term. Bollox to them all. I will never vote again, I'm above it.
