Hi Harry I usually drive and parking is available on the streets around the ground, but gets filled up quite fast closer to the ground. The parking near the high street will be pay and display so what I would recommend would be park on the side of the ground in your homeward direction and walk about 3/4 of a mile. If you get there early you can park closer to the ground but obviously getting away can be slower. Thanks for that.

This has been recommended before - but for drivers there is a Travelodge in Caterham, just inside the M25 & with a 30 min train run into Norwood Junction on match days. Just to add it's got a big car park. Edited by chris123 (02 Jan 2019 4.26pm)

As an exiled-to-Lincoln Palace supporter, I now have a season ticket at Lincoln City, so have seen a few games v Grimsby. Grimsby support is strong & vocal and should bring energy to Selhurst Park in a way that some Premiership clubs don't. Grimsby should be respected by Palace; they will be determined and well supported and they are on a good run including beating one of league Two's better sides, Exeter, on Saturday despite being down to 10 men. Having said that: Come on Palace! I don't usually bet on my own team but I've just had a quid double on Lincoln and Grimsby both to win on Saturday. Returns £529!! Worth a quid of anyones money I reckon, you never know. Edited by Harry Haddock (02 Jan 2019 3.54pm)

Or would you advise parking at a train station somewhere and catching the train to Thornton Heath or Norwood Junction? Edited by Harry Haddock (02 Jan 2019 2.41pm) SP is in a built up residential area so parking can be limited, especially without "local knowledge" if you get there early may be lucky but 5.30 on a Saturday could be dodgy. When I have travelled away I have used a website JustPark to find spaces near grounds, have to pay but could be worth a look.

Like us, GTFC have their own Jimmy Mac. James McKeown is a superb keeper and probably ought to be playing at a higher level.

Thanks for that. Or try parking in Clifford Road SE25 - parking is free and you can nearly always find a space. Then just walk through the tunnel under Norwood Junction station. Failing that, another alternative is to park near Purley Oaks station (Purley oaks road side - again free) and jump on the train to Selhurst or Norwood Junction - train takes about 10 mins - there's one about 4:20pm straight to Norwood Junction.

If the game goes the same way as Chelsea he could quite easily park comfortably in the Grimsby penalty area.

I'll be extremely disappointed if no youth players are in the squad this weekend. I'd even take just having 2 or 3 on the bench, as long as some of them get a chance.

It is on ESPN+ (a pay streaming service) in the USA. I've already paid $50 to stream the Prem matches. I could get the "7 day free trial" but only if Palace reach the final.

According to the FA it is to be live televised overseas, but not in the UK. Certainly hasn’t been listed by either BT or BBC, and they have the rights.
If broadcasters are making games available overseas it would be a piece of p*** to make them available here even if it were only on streamed channels over the Internet. It's ridiculous giving exclusive rights to broadcasters who don't make the game available but who go to any lengths to stop anyone else from showing it. And this time it's the BBC, so let's see, I'm paying for a TV licence so that this British public organisation can broadcast UK sporting events in other countries that I'm not allowed to see myself? If you live near the ground you can go to the match, and if you live in another country you can see it on cable or satellite but for football fans who live in the UK but can't get to the match you are stuffed. Can someone please tell me why this is a reasonable state of affairs given the technology available? Because I'm still struggling.

I'd like to see wholesale changes for this one, with Hennessey, a back 4 of Ward, Kelly, Dann, Schlupp with Meyer and Wickham starting as well. If Luka picked up his fifth booking is he suspended for this match or Watford?
