He spends more time in our own penalty area than the oppositions.

Trump lost. Badly. Hahahahahahaha. |

If you watch the goal Foyth was being marked by Kouyate when the first ball came in, then stood still and lost Foyth who had a free run onto the ball with Kouyate watching. Ayew just happened to be there, he was never going to get the ball, but he could of made an effort. Maybe maybe not. From where I was sitting it looked like he just had to be a bit brave and could've easily cleared the ball. PVA and Luka bollocking him would also bear that theory out. Not only that though his whole demeanour was screaming "can't be arsed" I watched Meyer twist and turn on a number of occasions looking for his forward runs and they just didn't materialise, on one specific occasion we played the ball around for about 10 or so passes with absolutely no forward runs made by Ayew, in the end the ball ended up back with Hennessey. Lazy Can't score and a bottle job. Get rid.

Red flags were flying when we couldn't field this lump for the first few matches because he wasn't match fit after throwing temper tantrums at Swansea and refusing to come to training. Why we ever thought it a good idea to sign somebody like that raises some serious questions about the running of the club.

I had it on very good authority that within a couple of days of arriving Ayew and Puncheon had a punch up at training and he really is not a guy to get on with easily.
Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!! |

Think the 11 goals or 9 as the 2 against us don't count shrouded the judgement within the club. Clearly there are question marks over his effort on the pitch. Obviously we were hoping that he would be finding the net for us like the Swans but has not shown this and also let himself down in his defensive duties last game. At the moment it would be difficult to justify keeping him but that will all depend on our Jan window.

Some dust up that would have been. Puncheon endlessly looking to punch then turning his back, meanwhile Ayew waiting for him to throw a punch so he can kick it away.

Scored 2 goals for Ghana, 1 from the penalty spot, in their 2-0 win over Ethiopia. I don't recall him taking penalties for Swansea but he has scored from the spot for A.Villa. Edited by Willo (18 Nov 2018 3.46pm)
