As someone who watched Ipswich at home and Arsenal away in 92-93we are not safe until we are safe. Beat Watford beat Leicester and then look at the table. Nothing else matters.

One more win at Watford next week should see us safe. Anything else from the remaining 3 afterwards will be a bonus.

West Brom are gone.

Stoke will be going if they lose tonight at Wet Spam.

Ideally, I’d like Southampton to survive and for Brighton to end up relegated - the latter’s run might just see that happen.

Hmmmm. How about a draw? Its almost as bad as a loss for Stoke with the added benefit of keeping the Spam in the mix. They'd still only have 28 points with 3 games to play. Can they get 3 wins? They should get past Liverpool. With us and Swansea to finish.

Spam have a rough run in. Arsenal away, City and Leicester away.

On the other hand, if Stoke win, West Ham could be in a bit of bother. They have a tough run in, including Arsenal and Man Utd.........

Come on Hammers you can beat Stoke!

Stoke are really poor. I don't think they have the firepower to put a run together. Just look at their goal difference. -33, comfortably the worst in the league. I don't see them beating Wet Spam. I think they will be playing Championship football next season.

3 more points and it doesn’t matter what West Brom do.

If Stoke don’t beat West Ham tonight then it all gets potentially clearer.

We need to get ahead of Brighton and Huddersfield ASAP, and then it takes the Southampton doing Oldham possibility out of the equation.

Precisely. Its in our hands. Another win on Saturday should do the job.

I know. Crazy that Brighton could still get relegated looking at the table but it might happen. Please!

Their players were distraught after the game; they know they're in for a really fraught run in now...and to think that they'll probably want us to win against teams around us to help them out....oh the ignominy! Hahahah
