Can't see him staying. Why would he want the hard slog of the Championship knowing our decent players will by gone and having witnessed Parish's clueless dabblings in the transfer market?

Me personally i hope roy will stay,if we do manage to stay up then everything has got done his way. He's got to be given a transfer budget where he alone can think he could make a difference to strengthen the squad by himself and do business well before deadline day.
Parish has got to back him 100% not say he'll do it and do the complete opposite or he will walk.

Why we needed an established PL striker and a forward threat. A point is always welcome but we need all three in several more games yet. Roy did what he could with what he had but if Rochdale can score why can't we? Still time to get points but need to create and take opportunities in front of goal.

Wigan 1 Man City 0
Arsenal 0 Man City 3

On your theory Wigan are a better side than Arsenal and Wigan haven't got an established PL striker!

When Roy rads that the chairman is planning for the championship, I am sure he is planning to walk. Jokers at board level

I think Roy is well aware of the situation as it stands. IMO Roy will stays as manager as long as Crystal Palace want him as manager. Anybody listening to the ex-owner spouting little more bilge water on TS should at give thanks the tanned egotist is the ex because the man comes across as embittered.

You've absolutely no idea if Roy will stay, but think (hope) he will because he supported us as a child but didn't get support in the transfer window. Sounds like a great plan.

Established PL striker to come in January name him ?
Rochdale v Spurs second 11.
Correct 10 games to go and 6 points adrift of Top 10.
TEN clubs in the same boat as us.
Including supposedly well run Saints,Stoke and West Brom.
And you all thought it was just The Palace that cocked up.

Why on earth would I name a striker? ... I didn't have the shopping list. Every day we were supposedly after someone or other. 31 days of sheer nonsense.

My point is that Rochdale packed their defence but still had the ambition to go out and score.

There won't be TEN clubs in the same boat ... the majority are likely to pull away over the next couple of games. However, the three clubs you mentioned are very likely contenders for relegation along with ourselves particularly if we don't buck our ideas up.

Who said it was just the Palace who cocked up? ... Perhaps we currently have other priorities? A bigger capacity will make us easier to sell on. This current chaos is unlikely to have been contrived but it could have been forseen and planned for.

Supposedly after someone, stop believing everything you read.
Roy set out his game plan.
Hopefully at least 3 from the ten don’t pull away.
Selling on “more drama on Hol”.
If 4th from bottom of the Premiership is chaos you should have followed The Palace when we were s***.

There need to be serious changes to the way transfers are done and Parish needs to hand his role in that to someone who is good at closing transfer deals. Unless that happens we are long-term in the s*** no matter who the manager is. If those changes are forthcoming there's no reason why Hodgson wouldn't stay, but if not our next problem is going to be finding managers who will put up with this s***.

Sincerely hope he stays to steady the ship as we need his unequalled experience to get us out of the Championship at the first attempt.
With our hopeless, chaotic last transfer window which speaks for itself, little doubt that is where we will be playing our football next season, given our long list of unfortunate injuries and no adequate cover.

There will be three worse teams than us come the end of the season
