A bad budget for London as well, with cuts to policing, no funding for anti-terrorism, SDLT cuts a gimmick that will only make property even more unaffordable, an inadequate response to clean air requirements and no diesel scrappage scheme.

You do realize the Mayor's department controls the met policing budget right? Isn't that idiot Khan cutting TfL jobs and introducing a new City driving tax? Why isn't that money going into police funding?

My memories are of fighting fires all the time at work.

If you could get a few hours in doing something productive you were lucky.

No thanks. He is a failed Labour politician who is not in government.

This budget is good for business because business says so.
What Labour politicians think is hot air.

What business? I've seen nothing today that suggests this was a good budget for business. Some slight welcome news about change to CPI for business rates increases but the rates regime is a mess.

Nothing concrete still on brexit which is main issue for business. Downgrades in productivity, growth and business investment.

These are not positives for business.

He needs funding from central government to be able to put money into policing.

The T-charge is predicted to be revenue neutral so no funds. if there are they are all committed to fighting the serious air quality problem we have.

You actually believe that this would improve under red Jeremy's Labour? Ha ha ha.

It would improve under any government willing to invest in jobs and the economy quite simply.

It would improve under any government willing to improve the levels of inequality and child poverty.

Doesn't matter about the personalities. Major bonus for the Tories as they are all terrible shysters. Policies are what matter and the Tories are to blame for the productivity issues.

You know there can't be until a deal is reached.

Business says it's good for business. That will do me.

If you think investing it in infrastructure or in schooling or healthcare is a waste then I'd have to disagree with you

Have you read Labour's plans or listened to John McDonnell explain how borrowing for investment would work?

I don't listen to terrorist sympathisers.
Does that give you a clue?
