Well, actually, the School was told it couldn't ask them to leave. That was viewed as harassment apparently. It was probably advised not to, not told you can't ask them to move. They should've asked them to move as the first step.

The police are busy, getting them to come out to a crime in progress these days is difficult. No joke, a friends kid was beaten up by other kids, who threatened to stab him, and the police weren't interested in pressing charges - The same kids girlfriend was also beaten up, by a girl with the other lads. This other girl is currently on bail for sexual assault of a 14 year old girl - and she's not been arrested for breaching her bail. The police just don't have the manpower or the finance to do their job properly. Let alone enforcing the law in the countryside. That doesn't mean you can take the law into your own hands does it?

Maybe persecution is too harsh a term but I could go with any term that embodies an unequal consideration of the respective positions of each party. The waste of time is anyone who is protesting/harassing to or about people going about their business legally. The protesters about the trees in Sheffield, the protesters at the fracking in Yorkshire, the morons who go on a march because they don't understand what a democratic vote is etc.

What, following a trail left by a bag of scent? To whom or what are they being cruel? Is scent sentient? In England fox hunting - i.e. ripping apart a fox - is illegal and rightly so. Mind you, if you want to have a go at someone you can always go to Canada where it's still legal Scotland is even closer, the hypocritical divs.

Use the internet and find out yourself. I fully intend to. Can find one regarding Coulsdon, not E. Croydon. I could've replied "prove it" or "show me the statement from the police/teacher". Edited by Stuk (22 Nov 2017 3.39pm)

That doesn't mean you can take the law into your own hands does it? You can, and its called a citizens arrest. If they're breaking the law by conducting an illegal hunt, then individuals are legally entitled to facilitate a lawful citizens arrest, using minimum force. Also as trespass is a civil crime, you probably could enact a citizens arrest on private land, to prevent the facilitation of a criminal offence. Most sabs could probably take advantage of this but don't.
