The weed can have him. He's no upgrade on Benteke in my opinion.

When a club has only 1 recognised striker, he’s a hell of an upgrade! I have sufficient confidence in Hodgson and Dougie to believe that good things are coming in the striker dept, but they’d better come soon!

Signing for weed according to TalkSh!te just now.

That’s the same Talks***e that categorically stated this morning that Leicester would only consider a transfer & were not interested in a loan. Them & SSN both referring to loans at the minute.

Will this be five? It's gonna be five! It IS five!

No confidence in Freedman.....should be spending his wages on a player.

Surprised that brighton can bring in two strikers and palace are struggling to bring in one makes me think what we are doing soooooo wrong

I would rather we signed one striker who scores goals than two to sit on the bench. Thus, I think you should be judging our respective transfer actions at the end of the window; and the effectiveness of the signings at the end of the season.

We really tried to sign Eder which predictably enough went pearshaped. Palace have a lot of irons in the fire with respect to strikers, but the time is fast arriving when we have to pull a couple out!

Given he used to play there this deal isn't a huge surprise.

Brighton's other forward signing is injured and has only experience of a pretty poor Dutch League (anyone remember Vincent Janson?) I'd say Ulloa is a better signing, but still hardly set the PL alight in a better Leicester side.
