Then Burnley and Southampton? We keep saying it's not purely results but it doesn't seem to get through. Dyche wouldn't have orchestrated that shyte pre season and this. Not even a slim chance.

I cannot for the life of me understand some people's obsession with Glenn Hoddle. Why would anyone think someone who has been out of management since 2006 and, lets face it wasn't great at Wolves and wasn't much better at Spurs either would be right for us?

Is this not the point of this site , to discuss the team etc. Why are people labled moaning when they voicing pretty much a universal opinion (apart from FDB world) that 3/4/3 won't freaking work with our team And btw Parish was 100% correct in bringing in Sakho regardless of Frank.

I'm pretty sure Hoddle favours a 3-5-2 - something most on here think is the root of all evil.......... Edited by se25 rudy (08 Sep 2017 2.26pm)

that's right. he famously favours a back 3 and possession-based football. sound familiar? Originally posted by se25 rudy

No matter what system or who the manager is if three players under peform its very hard to get results we need 7/10 from the whole team thats how SA got results thats how TP gets results and thats why Jose got the sack.

FDB probably gone Sunday morning, barring a cracking win. Problem for Parish is if we play well but get beaten- a 1-0 defeat where we miss a penalty and hit the woodwork 3 times for example. Do you sack him then? Or take it as a sign of progress?

Why would we sack FdB on the morning of the game, if we were going to do that then why didn't we do it at the start of the international break? I don't care who the manager is, all I care about this season is 17th, which hasn't changed for the last five years.
