I have to say that I think the players have had enough. I have no evidence apart from their body language first half v Swansea and also the fact that FDB is, publically at least, totally uninspiring. You need some passion when your backs are against the wall - yes some Big Sam talk and I have no doubt that Alan Pardew was more inspirational as well. We are going into Burnley away with Sakho, Wilf and RLC all injured. Is Cabaye 100%? Will Luka actually turn up this match? Will be play a defensive set u to at least stop the goals going in?

In parish we rust. A 3-0 and 2-0 defeats at home suggest he may have lost it. Your the one constant mention computer game reference not me. You probably backed pardew til the hilt. Ha ha.

We don't want FDB to fail, but when your booed off in your first 2 home games it doesn't look great. There's a lot of questions from the window. Was Sakho a FDB signing. Is FDB happy that we only have 2 gks, 1 fit striker and 7 centre backs. They should of given him the tools to succeed, they haven't too many players uncomfortable in this style. Maybe he believed the players he had at his disposal was better than he thought. Don't think he will get the time imo.

The performances are negative, the system is negative, the manager is negative and comes across completely uninspiring and like Pardew doesn't mind hanging the players out to dry with the press. Many fans are pissed off already..... but want him/Palace to fail - do me a favour. It's your opinion so fair enough but I think you're totally wrong about that. Also it wasn't just the money in January that kept us up it was having a manager who could find the players we needed to do it and employ a system that worked. Edited by cpfc1976 (03 Sep 2017 8.55pm)

Talk of sacking Frank is ridiculous. Parish wanted an evolution, he ain't gonna sack him after 3 flipping games! Christ knows where this nonsense comes from, there's no logic! One "bad day at the office" one admirable defeat to Liverpool put in perspective after they smashed Arsenal, then one "this ain't f***ing funny no more" unacceptable defeat at home to a mediocre side (rightfully he gets acserious talking to for that one). If there's no positive signs/steady improvements after 5-7 games then expect serious pressure, but 3!!? Rubbish

But then, in my experience, one in three senior hires don't work out well. It happens in all businesses. When that happens the best thing you can do is figure out if the situation can be resolved quickly and if there is no hope the individual will make it move on super-fast. Nothing special in any of that, Chairmen are allowed to make mistakes. Let he that is without sin cast the first stone eh!
