Anyway, fact is that Parish said that they weren’t interested in Silva for the very reason that he has ended up getting tinned from Watford. He’s very open about jumping ship for a bigger job and using clubs as a stepping stone. That’s not what we want here at Palace.

Well for a bell end I seem to get a lot right , unlike you mugs that know zero about the game and just repeat whats the popular choice . Marco Silva nor FDB will ever work in the premiership again ~ wait and see !

You certainly seem to be proving yourself right about the bell end bit.

Plenty of news about that Southampton are lining up Marco Silva to replace Pellegrino.

Yet that's what Frank's intentions were also, with little conscience if it ruined the club.

He is so over rated. Won a few games at Hull then took them on a terrible run that sent them down.
He was repeating the pattern at Watford , shame they sacked him.

I've disproved that rubbish seeing as those last 7 games:

The last 2 were us and Spurs. We finished them off with 3/4 key injuries.

The previous 5 games had Sunderland at home as the last and if Motm Pickford didn't save all of the many chances at 0-0 the picture might've been different. They just didn't go in. It happens.

Before this 7 game run they won 2, so if you take that 7 game run before us it was 10 points from 21.

Nobody on here or the BBS was confident before or during that Hull v Sunderland match, yet now he's completely sh1t because his depleted team lost at Selhurst vs an almost full strength Palace apart from Sakho.

He'll be offered another prem job if he's available. There's a lot of testimonials on his work.

Where have you seen that? That’s the complete opposite to what I heard.
Rudi, you just want to get stuck in SP any which way you can. It’s ridiculous.

You have not Rudi , they only won 1 of last seven , they essentially crumbled when the heat was on.
They lost the Sunderland game whether you think it was unlucky or not , it was the first one where they were really thinking they had a chance, so pressure on and they blew it. They played us , and we had a few injuries too, and they blew it big time. Managers manage the situation , ask Roy how he manages the injuries.
Difference being Sam started slow and gradually influenced the team to improve and did his job and saved us , Silva came and the team after a good start got gradually worse and got them relegated.
Same at Watford good start , then downhill when his influence kicked in.

I love how some are still harping on about why we didn’t get Marco Silva last summer. It’s quite simple really - he’s been nothing special ever since he had his head turned by Everton. Everyone on here overrates him to such an extent.

"Look at that. Accident blackspot? These aren't accidents! They're throwing themselves into the road gladly! Throwing themselves into the road to escape all this hideousness!"

His 'gradual' approach changed soon after the ink dried on the contract.

'Look top 6, look what I can do.'

Ultimately fvck it up.

They missed chances. It happens.

They had 3-4 key players out. Sakho was out.

He'll be in another job here before Frank and other sacked managers.
