I thought the best bit was Jeremy Corbyn on the comedy stage.

God how dull is Ed Sherzzzz, best thing was Foo Fighters on saturday, but the bloody tv coverage gets me, pan to the band for a second, then go to a long range arial shot of the stage, back to the band, then find attractive young girl on someones shoulder, back to the band, long shot showing the flags, back to the band, zoom into a trendy bloke singing along, then repeat for the next hour...gets on my nerves

Sometimes I set out for Ludlow
Sometimes I end up in Chepstow

Just back from a great five days - major highlights yesterday were The Killers, Goldfrapp and London Grammer in the John Peel tent. Saw, perhaps better to say listened as I was some distance away the Ed Sheehan set. Big disappointment for me, but then I don't like his stuff that much anyway. Not a headliner in my book but I'm sure others liked it? Best festival in the world and you aren't going to like everybody on the lineup. Plus you will miss some great shows because there is just so much going on. It has something for everyone, young or old. Absolutely superb festival which just chills you for the five days :-)

I've never been to such a concert and at my age (64) cannot see me ever doing so.Never interested me at all with all the crowds, inclement weather, sleeping in tents etc etc.

Someone last night who used to live down that way reckoned that the site is not actually in Glastonbury and it covers a huge area - heard him say it is 2 miles long.Is this the case ?

I loved Chic.Nile Rodgers is such a genius and the ladies on stage with him were bang tidy also.

I thought the Jackson's were good also despite issues with the microphones.

Also just back (from my 11th)

Radiohead, Elbow, Pretenders, Goldfrapp, Chic ... etc.
All brilliant

Managed to get to the Arcadia trapeze / cranes/ fire / giant spider show which was mesmerising

This year did a lot more round the Theatre & Circus field, Cabaret (comedy) tent and some great little gems round there.

Couple of great bands on the Greenpeace mid afternoon.
Orb slightly disappointing but always a good atmosphere in the Glade

If you have never been then go !

When they kick out your front door. How you gonna come ?

Absolutely, I was so chilled that when I saw a Brighton FC flag I went over and congratulated them on promotion and said I was looking forward to our games with them. You Palace was the reply for which a yes from me ended the conversation - they didn't seem to want to chat. I'm thinking they are dreading playing us?
