For a less confused view of the possible implications of anthropogenic activity, I would suggest researching The Lorax. Available in book, DVD, talking book format,...etc.

It ain't moralising (IMO), but giving a holistic approach. And onwards the human race goes, and the end is kind of inevitable.

I disengage, I turn the page.

With increasing population, accelerating globalisation and the destruction of the environment, there will be only one result. No one will save us from that.

We need an as yet undeveloped source of energy and a huge reduction in population to have any chance.

No, I just understand the reality of growing demand and finite supply.
Something major has to change create more resources of many different kinds or demand has to drop rapidly. There is also the huge question of waste material and what to do with it.

Those smart dudes better be very smart and quick.

So, because you can't see a solution rolling down the tracks about to run you over, it will never exist?

The sun, wind and sea give us limitless, clean energy. The crops grown to support the world's current population of beef cattle is enough to feed a human population of 9 billion - converting to a plant-based diet fixes a myriad of water, energy, pollution and health issues. I have shown you how we are already using solar power to convert sea water into potable water.

The building blocks are all there already. You are choosing not to see them.

If you say so.

I was under the impression that even nuclear power can't keep pace with the increasing yearly demand for energy but you keep building wind farms.

the population is going to get a lot bigger than 9 billion. Try 20 billion.

You’re completely missing the point about the cattle feed. That’s just the cattle feed - to feed cattle that we eat. If we stopped the industrial farming of animals for food, and shifted over to eating plants directly, we could feed 20 billion, reduce energy requirements, reduce waste and greatly reduce greenhouse gas production. We’d all be healthier too.

What about the hot air generated by all the resulting flatulence?

Global warming is down to NATURE and has been for a long long time and will continue to be so forever!!!

Supported Palace for over 69 years since the age of 7 and have seen all the ups and downs and will probably see many more ups and downs before I go up to the big football club in the sky.
