Sick of hearing about last season, it's history now. We had a poor second half, he also ensured safety by Christmas and led us to an FA cup final.

Did anyone else notice the change in tactics. Hennessey kicked everything long, the defence pushed up, holding midfielder, and much less space for teams to play. Was this AP's tactics or the players. We are not Barcelona and need to play to strengths.

I really struggle with AP because defensively we have been so poor but I could see that he said things would change and did that on Saturday. Long term hard to be convinced because we have conceded so many goals from either close range or from mistakes.

However you could not criticise the tactics on Saturday.

I'm enjoying the Pardew experience. It's not boring, we've got some well known players in, 25,000 every home game, have no idea if we will end up 10th or bottom, etc.
