It's not much of an adjustment to switch from 4-2-3-1 to an effective 4-4-1-1 with the wingers pushing on.

we need a no.10 that threads balls thru and keeps possession for us to emulate the bigger sides.. the transition we are aiming for slowly.

berahino won't be threading balls through to Wickham or benteke. ..he'll be wanting to run through on goal with the pace he has...and he certainly won't be the type of plater who keeps possession outside of the box.

although a good player...he is simply an upgrade on gayle.

gayle never failed cos of his lack of ability. watch him strive soon. he failed cos of how we play.
