Puncheon is better central and chung lee is about all we have to back up Yannick and Wilf, so this guy will push the other two big time.

Really cool signing, but I think it would have been wiser to invest in a defender. We should sort out a loan for someone like Mutch because there will be pretty limited opportunities in the attacking midfielder role.

Maybe Pards feels we have enough experience and cover with the CB's we have - Dann, Delaney, Handgeland, Kelly (who has stated himself it's his preferred position), and Mariappa.. and thats without the good youngsters we probably have waiting in the wings Quote Master Coin at 05 Aug 2015 12.59pm

Wolves supporting mate says as follows. This guy is in his 60s, has followed Wolves from birth, is level headed and knows his football. He agrees most of the positives hyped up about this guy, but we need to also see the negatives. He is one-footed; he is unbalanced; and he is hopeless at tracking back. His defensive role seems to consist of little more than "getting in the way". He will concede dozens of free kicks. In short, he is not of Prem quality, let along top half. Thus, Yala back-up and no more. I am merely passing on what I have heard.

Of course, taking into account your last sentance, still hard to believe someone that made the PFA 14/15 Championship Team of the Year is so bad

Regardless though I still think we have one more defensive signing to come.
