Nothing will come of this, the FL like THE FA are usually very quick to charge in football related matters, they haven't done that, they've called the clubs to a meeting to hear both sides. THE FA have not got involved, this shows they are not interested, anything that may or may not have taken place obviously does not contravene FA rules otherwise they would have charged Moody and/or Palace, and if it is not in contravention of FA rules then it's not in contravention of FL rules.

I think something will actually come out of this, but that we won't suffer unduly (at worst three points and a fine, but most likely a fine). However I suspect to see more 'defined' FA and PL rules regarding information obtained from other clubs etc rather than the catch all good faith stuff.

Absolutely no points deduction and no fine. Cardiff will fail to prove that as a club we did more than any other club would and does do. I fully expect a 'no case to answer' verdict.

I predict a massive zero point reduction accompanied with an enormous £0 fine

If we do have 3 points deducted, then maybe wait till the end of the season and then blow a massive hole in the premiership winners glory,by claiming liverpool did the same to us on may 5.See if the men in charge dock them 3 points, and hand the title to man city/Chelsea.

I would have thought that Cardiff would give their side first. I think there's every chance of that, especially when the part that only 9 of the players on the list Moody obtained actually played, shows their claim does not stand up. I had Cardiff's lineup Saturday morning, it was not the lineup they fielded as Jones and Daehli, were not on it, but Bellamy and Gunnarsson were, and all assumed teams are listed on most live score APPS, even Real Madrid and Bayern Munich are on those live score APPS, even though the teams are not announced yet.
Well that's bull squirt to start, because he(OGS) openly said Zaha would play in place of Gunnarsson who was injured so not available for selection, and Jones was played in place of Bellamy, he was put in there for his aerial strength.
I believe this is all part of a sino-cultural face saving exercise. In other words, there is no substance whatever. Unfortunately, I can see the commission fudging it and making a decision to keep all sides happy. From my long experience in the world of litigation, that actually means both sides walking away disapointed.

The "bull squirt" quote was towards OGS and not yourself, as he also has not covered himself with glory over this, as a coach and a professional he could and should have distanced himself from Tans tantrums.

Surely litigation like this is all about who throws most money at the issue to get the result they desire? Fu Man Chu has got a few quid to make a fuss and line the pockets of his lawyers. Common sense will not prevail. Expect a fudge up with the outcome biased towards Mr Moneybags.

The game won the LMA award so how seriously is this complaint going to be taken? I stick by my opinion that we will not receive points deduction or even a fine. Some people need to chill out.

He can line the pockets of his lawyers all day long and they can jump up and down as much as they want in return but that doesn't influence the outcome. The only time that works in litigation is when the defendant can't afford or doesn't want to risk it going to court so the litigant can extract nuisance value (i.e. get the defendant to settle). This won't work here, money won't change that. It is all about lawyers jumping up and down as instructed by angry Tan - they will have probably advised him they have a weak claim but being rich and powerful he won't listen.

We might be in for a points deduction if Mr Tan targets the Premier League Headquarters with his satellite based weapons system...
