Compared to our investment that got us promoted and kept us up. You say "Kept us up". Jumping the gun ! We still have work to do !!!! As 'Ian J' has rightly pointed out, Tan's investment saved Cardiff from the brink and clearly his financial input enabled them to be promoted. Finally, nothing wrong in tucking a football shirt into one's trousers !!!!
Do you bring a flask too?

Ah, but there was no internet in those days. Look at the ridiculous kerfuffle recently when we changed the badge. Ludicrous that so many people could get het up about something so trivial. There was NO news 'Blackout' in those days ! There could still have been a protest !

perhaps if there fans had a glimpse of the destruction he would bring, perhaps there fans would may of settled for keeping there soul but falling into the same plight as Portsmouth. What destruction? He appointed two managers who not only had popular appeal at the time but were both on the short list of many HOL members to replace Holloway here. Neither seem to have worked out but you can't blame the chairman for that. If he turned up at the High Court a couple of years ago when the club was just about to be consigned to oblivion and said that he would save them and inject shedloads of money on condition they changed their colours to red I would imagine that every single supporter would have been in favour I'll ask you the same question. Would you like him running Palace?

Indeed and his investment enabled Cardiff to be promoted. Compared to our investment that got us promoted and kept us up.
Tempting fate and all that. I know, I've writen myself into a Classical Epic here.

Exactly. It just proves wealth isn't everything. There are rich bellends in the world too who know absolutely nothing about running a football club of which Tan is one of.

Here's a short blog post in the Metro written by a Cardiff fan, certainly seems from what I've read around the web today that they just seem embarrassed by the whole thing.
The trouble with computers, of course, is that they're very sophisticated idiots |
