I doubt anyone will sign him until he is fit to play and even then there will be obvious doubts based on his recent injuries as he won't have played a competitive game. We will no doubt be in the best position by far to analyse the situation, and I daresay we will make him an offer of sorts once we know the position. Maybe we will help him back to full match fitness by taking him on a game by game contract over say two years. If not, then once pain free but not match fit, what else is there for him to do? No wonder Wilf showed so much anguish on the touchline of the Arthur when his hamstring re occurred (assuming that's what it was) With his recent track record I doubt anyone will risk anything better than us until they can see him fully restored. Reality suggests that he is now injury prone and is likely to be spending much time in the treatment room. The brilliant suggestion of pay as you play would go someway of solving our dilemma.

His hamstring injury is clearly worse than first thought. And it's true that that type of injury can reoccur. However I don't see any chance that it merits only offering a pay as you play contract.

Wilf Zaha is linked with a move as often as Pickfords. He plays fast and loose with the Palace Board and supporters.

He’s not going to sign a pay as you play contract anywhere during this window so forget that one. He was great for us but that is in the past now and we need to move on and sign his replacement, a promising young winger that like, Guehi, Andersen, Eze & Olise, are going to be an investment, worth way more than we pay for them and terrific players whilst we have them. He is still good but is not the force he once was. He has lost his pace, gives the ball away too much and slows down our attacks. 3 assists and one goal since the World Cup is not a return worth paying over the odds for. Jesrun Rak-Sakyi would give us a return better than that!

All parties are in exactly the same situation. This just delays any final decisions. I don't see it as worth it but Wilf might. I don't see them paying 200k either. Have they ever? I don't know anything about it but sounds unlikely.

Wages freed up. Wilf lost his pace following his last injury. Is on the slippery slope down now, he has been great, time to move on. Thanks Wilf, enjoy your time in Turkey. Only 5 clubs in the Turkish Super Lig I have even heard of, so you should be able to fill your boots. Hopefully the racism out there wont be too much of a problem.
