Todays first download is a set of BBC Sessions that were recorded between 1968-69. These are in superb quality and the audio for the sessions has been taken from an FM broadcast of the sets and it sounds top notch. Some JC Classics on this one - like "With A Little Helo From My Friends" and "Delta Lady" are played. I've not posted many bootlegs by JC over the years - good quality ones are quite rare. This is a good one considering the age of the boot. If you like Joe Cocker then grab this one. This is thoroughly recommended... Todays second download is a recent set by Pixies that was recorded at the Coachella Music And Arts Festival, Indio, CA on the 12th April 2014. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. I've posted a few boots by Pixies lately - they are currently touring in support of their new album "Indy Cindy" (which I've already posted) and are doing the rounds on the US concert scene at the moment. If you like Pixies then grab this show - this is thoroughly recommended.... Todays extra download is th first album or bootleg by this band that I've posted. They are called Polar Bear and they are an experimental genre-bending post jazz band (whatever that is). This is a set they performed at XOYO in London on the 2nd April 2014 and it's in superb quality with the audio taken from a bbc webcast of the show that sounds top notch. I don't really know what else to say about this band.. they're certainly different.... and the audience seem to like them.. so give them a try.... Todays first download is a set by Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers that was recorded at the Record Plant, Sausalito, CA on the 23rd April 1977. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. I've posted loads of boots and albums by Tom Petty over the years - this is another top show for the collection. Tom was touring in support of his album "Tearjerker" and performs a few songs from the album. If you like Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers then grab this show - this is thoroughly recommended... Todays second download is a set by The Cranberries that was recorded in Bourges, France on the 9th April 2002. This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. I've not posted that many bootlegs by The Cranberries over the years as boots in good quality are fairly rare - and the fact that The Cranberries didn't tour that much. This is a good set with a top setlist and if you like The Cranberries - this is thoroughly recommended... This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. If this boot seems familiar. it's because I've posted it before - about 4 years ago. This is a great show and if you like Genesis - this is thoroughly recommended....
