Fack me, 9 Championship games, 7 home wins, 2 2-2 draws.

Midweek Championship can spring a few away surprises with home teams napping. I think a few managers needed the points too much tonight to not let players treat them as 'not another game 3 days after Saturday.'

Pretty much every Champions Leage game went to the favourites as well, Juventus aside. I deliberately avoided most CL games, but there was a lot of money to be made there in hindsight.

For covering Chelsea bets tomorrow, Basle are 9/1 or 10/1 & the draw is 9/2.

Double chance 'Basel or draw' is 12/5 so I'll probably cover that.

Doubtful. Orient, Watford, Leics, Ipswich all won. 7 of 9 Champ games were home wins.

All the favourites in the CL won.

Blackpool, Wolves etc didn't.

AC Milan & Chelsea both to win at home plus both teams to score in Napoli/Dortmund and Marseille/Arsenal is a decent bet at 5/1 I think.

I think 9/4 on Napoli to win at home is very big as well.

Your first bet sounds very good.

I can't see Napoli beating Dortmund though, Dortmund have a 100% record so far this season and put 6 past Hamburg on the weekend.

Marseille have lost 3 of their last 4 Euro home ties to nil

It's actually got bigger now and is 11/5, I just think it's the wrong price and is based on Dortmund getting to the final last year. Napoli also have a 100% league record, have a manger with a great European record, players in their squad like Reina, Higuain, Hamsik, Cannavaro etc. Win, lose or draw, they shouldn't be 11/5.

True but in the French league they've scored 8 in 5 so far this season so are going at close to 2 a game, there's definitely goals in the team. Arsenal have injury worries but Giroud and Ozil have been cleared fit so they should be good for a goal, seeing as they have a decent away record in Europe.
