By spring of next year if we are lucky the vulnerable and key people will have been vaccinated but what about the rest of us. I am in the 2nd to last group I'm not complaining about that but if we move to a COVID passport my liberties are restricted even though they haven't offered me a vaccination yet. I will be lucky if I get it by the end of next year. Oh and the scammers will have a field day selling fake ones. Until the nation has been offered one this should be an automatic no. If they have chosen not to have the jabs, surely that's simply down to them and the risks are their own!
