Todays first download is a recent set by the Pixies that was recorded at the Lollapalooza Festival in Santiago, Chile on the 30th March 2014. This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. This is not the full set as it's apparently missing 4 tracks - but it doesnt seem to affect the download and the way it plays. I recently posted the Pixies latest allbum - this is a live show... if you like the Pixies then grab this one... Todays second download is a set by Rainbow that was recorded at St David's Hall, Cardiff, Wales on the 19th September 1983. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. I've posted a few shows by Rainbow in the past but nothing recently. This is a cracking show with some real classic tracks on it. This is great stuff and if you like Rainbow - this is thoroughly recommended.... Todays extra download is a set by John Hiatt that was recorded at the Record Plant, Sausalito, CA on the 4th April 1996. This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show and it sounds top notch. John was touring in support of his 13th Studio album "Walk On" which had just been released and would reach #48 on the Billboard Chart. I've not posted much by John Hiatt - so grab this show... this is thoroughly recommended.... Todys first download consists of 3 webcasts by Elbow that were recorded on 27th March 2014. These are in superb quality and sound absolutely top notch. I've posted a few shows by Elbow over the last couple of years - this is another top bootleg for the collection. If you like Elbow - then grab this bootleg. It has a couple of interviews which can be deleted in not wanted. This is great and is thoroughly recommended.... Todays second download is a set by Dutch rockers Golden Earring that was recorded in the Netherlands on the 12th June 1993. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from a TV broadcast of the show and it sounds top notch. I've posted quite a few shows by GE over the years - the band have been around since the early 1960's - without any chance in the line up. The band don't perform their biggest single hit "Radar Love" on this one - but it's still a cracking show. if you like Golden Earring then grab this one - this is thoroughly recommended... and then some!.. Todays extra download is another bootleg by the Alan Parsons Project and The Alternative Stereotomy. These are backing and demo tracks recorded tor the Stereotomy album. This was recorded at the Mayfair Studios in London. Todays first download is a set by Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band that was recorded at the Apollo Theater in New York on the 3rd September 2012. This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from an FM Broadcast of the show - as part of the radio stations 10 years celebration of broadcasting - and it sounds top notch. I've posted loads of BS boots over the years - I don't particularly like his stuff myself, but lots of people do - so if you do like BS - then grab this now. Todays second download is bootleg by Ultravox that was recorded in London between 1980-1981. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. The boot is really a compilation of two shows as the tracks 1-9 were recorded at the BBC's Paris Theatre, London in 1980 and tracks 10-14 were recorded at Selhurst Park Stadium in London on the 13th June 1981. This show was headlined by Peter Gabriel who put on a great show as well. This is about Ultravox though, and if you like Midge Ure and the band - then grab this show... this is the mutts and thoroughly recommended... I've not posted that many boots by the Crue over the years - not that many in good enough quality. This is a good one though - and if you like MC - then go for it... this rocks..
