Galloway is that old fashioned mix of social conservative and economic socialist.....or perhaps he's just playing the social conservativism because it also gets Islamic votes. To be fair I think it's genuine.

What he says here is pretty based.

Much like you have all the excuses about why Brexit has achieved f*** all, I guess.

I have no excuses for the Tory failure to deliver what was promised.
Brexit itself needs no excuses. It was and is the correct choice.

There was no reference to the Tories. Only to what Brexit itself has delivered. Which is entirely negative. I challenge anyone to identify one improvement of any kind which it has delivered, beyond the theoretical nonsense of “taking back control”.

It was never the “correct” choice. That was clear in 2016 and is now so blindingly obvious it takes a very special strain of obduracy to go on defending it.

It’s the triumph of hope over experience personified.

There was indirectly, the Tories never wanted Brexit nor did te majority of the Commons. Obstacle after Obstacle, Burckow!, You really need to get over it, if people like you had accepted the result, who knows.
Read the bbs, the vitriol towards leave voters is beyond comprehension, wishing an early death on them, calling the UK a sceptic Isle! If that’s the mentality of remainers, I’m glad I votedremain

I’ve just watched the Panorama Nick Robinson interview with Nigel Farage….what a great interviewer Nick Robinson is; if only he would allow his interviewee’s answer to be heard instead of his own interruptions…

hats off to palace, they were always gonna be louder, and hate to say it but they were impressive ALL bouncing and singing.

We are out. That is what I hoped for. Europe is a mess.

They make ever increasing demands to belong to their little trading block, but Europe is weak and getting weaker.

I'd happily be in the European trading block again, but not if we have to be dictated to by Brussels and restricted in who we trade with outside. We voted to join the common market, not a would be federal Europe.

Farage chose Clacton very carefully. He will no doubt win the seat and hail the coming of a great revolution.

It won't be as Reform will get one or two seats due to the way out electoral system works. Probably lots of votes but few seats.

But Farage is cut from the same cloth as Galloway, cares about little but the sound of his own voice.

It's very easy to rant and rail and promise the earth when you stand no chance of having to deliver.

Farage does not care about anyone but himself. Can't see him sticking around.

But saying that do know what?.He is no worse than the others. The way he is running the campaign Sunak seems to be trying to lose so he can move back to the States and a nice job with a fund manager.

Can anybody now make any kind of rational claim that Sunak is not intent on losing this election?
