Todays first download is a set by Coldplay that was recorded just a few days ago at the iTunes Festival in Austin, Texas on the 11th March 2014. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. Some classics on this one like "Clocks" and "Viva La Vida" as well as 3 songs making their live debut. This is a top set and if you like Coldplay - this is thoroughly recommended.... Todays second download is a set by The Scorpions that was recorded at the Grugahalle, Essen, Germany on the 26th April 1975. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. I've posted loads of bootlegs and albums by The Scorpions over the years - this is another top sounding show for the collection. The final two songs on the boot are early singles and they are sung in German. Some great guitar work on this one from both Uli Jon Roth and Rudy Schenker on this one... and if you like The Scorpions this is thoroughly recommended.... Todays first download is a set by Al Stewart that was recorded on the "Last Days Of The Century" Tour on the 13th November 1988. This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. I've posted stacks of albums and bootlegs by Al Stewart over the years and this is another top sounding boot for the collection. A top tracklisting which includes tracks from his albums "Past, Present & Future" & "Year Of The Cat". If you like Al Stewart then I thoroughly recommend this show.... this is great stuff.... Todays second download is a set by Dio that was recorded in Utrecht on the 12th April 1983. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. I've posted a few boots by Dio over the years - with his own band Dio as well as with other bands he has performed with. Dio was a great frontman and vocalist and had a great rock voice. If you like Ronnie James Dio - then grab this show... this rocks and is thoroughly recommended.... Todays extra download is a set by U2 that was recorded in Sydney, Australia on the 27th November 1993. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from a DVD audio rip and sounds top notch. I've previously posted another show from this tour - the set they played in Adelaide and the two setlists are practically identical with only one change of track. I've posted quite a few U2 shows over the years but I still dont really like the band.... they're too full of themselves - especially Bono. However, I know some people like the band and if so, this show is definitely for you....
