Todays first download is a set by the Donald Fagen Band that was recorded at the Paramount Theatre, Oakland, California on the 28th March 2006. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch.... but it's in mono!. It still sounds great though, and it's a wicked set with some great tracks by Donald Fagen - who is better known as being the vocalist and keyboards player and founder of Steely Dan. I've posted a few boots by DF in the past - and stacks by Steely Dan. If you like Donald Fagen then grab this show - this is great stuff and thoroughly recommended.... Todays second download is a set by Collective Soul that was recorded at the Woodstock Festival, USA on the 25th July 99. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. According to my files this is only the third bootleg/album by this band that I've posted. Bootlegs in good quality by this band are very rare and if you downloaded any of the previous two then grab this show as well. This is great stuff and is thoroughly recommended.... Todays extra download is a set by Fastway that was recorded at the Agora Ballroom, Cleveland Ohio on the 9th May 1984. This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show and it sounds wicked. According to my files this is the first bootleg by Fastway that I've posted - which I found hard to believe. I've heard of this band - but only for a film score they did for a film called "Trick or Treat" which starred Ozzie Osbourne. They play classic rock and do it well... this is a wicked set - and is thoroughly recommended.... I have seen album titles , such as : Complete Symphonies Really, anything would be great. Kind Regards Fozza

Todays first download is a set by Joe Jackson that was recorded on the "Look Sharp" tour of 1979. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. I've posted other shows from this tour - the shows at the Paradiso Amsterdam and and couple of other shows from the US part of the tour. Some classics on this one including the hit single "Is She Really Going Out With Him". If you like Joe Jackson this is thoroughly recommended.. and then some!.... Todays second is a set by guitar legend Al Di Meola that was recorded at the Belmont Raceway in 1977. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from an FM broadcast on WLIR-FM radio and it sounds top notch. According to my files this is the first album or bootleg by ADM that I've posted - I had to double check that but it's true. This is great stuff and if you like Al Di Meola then this is thoroughly recommended.... and then some! This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. Todays second download is a set by Paco de Lucia that was recorded at the Leverkusener Jazztage Festival in Leverkusen, Germany on the 6th November 2010. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from a DVD audio rip and it sounds wicked. Paco died last week and I've been searching for a decent boot to post - I found this set which finishes with a solo with Al di Meola. This is great stuff and is thoroughly recommended.... Todays extra download is another set by Rose Tattoo - following on from the one I posted the other day. This is a set recorded at the Wax Museum, Washington DC on the 12th December 1982. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show which sounds top notch. I've posted a few boots and albums by RT over the years - this is another top sounding show for the collection. If you like Rose Tattoo then grab this one... this is thoroughly recommended... Todays first download is a rare bootleg by Yellow Matter Custard. This is the band formed by Mike Portnoy and Neal Morse with Paul Gilbert and Matt Bissonette. Mike was drummer for Dream Theatre, Neal was keyboards and vocalist with Spock's Beard, Matt was bass player with Ringo Starr and his All Starr band and Paul was founder of Racer X and Mr Big guitarist. They perform a tribute to The Beatles and it sounds absolutely fantastic. The set was recorded at B.B. Kings Club in Newyork on the 18th May 2003. Some great Beatles tracks are played - very well - and the audience love it. The bootleg ends with a few tracks recorded at the legendary Abbey Road Studio which were recorded on the 28th February 2011. This is great stuff and if you like Beatles material, this is thoroughly recommended.....
