If your not slagging him off on this post. It's the Steve one. It seems life relies on slagging off our goalkeeper. Many fans get you hate Hennessy. Why don't you avoid this thread if it annoys you so much. Most of this thread , I've read that you hate Hennessy, surely it doesn't take over 70+ pages to discuss your hatred for Hennessy.

Was a terrific goalkeeper for us and he is a very nice chap.
Now lives near Harrogate.

JS was more than decent in our first two years back. First year he was outstanding in the run in. Both seasons we survived comfortably with games to spare.

His critics got their way when Pardew decided he didn't fancy him and played McCarthy, Mandanda and then Hennessey. The last two seasons have been very uncomfortable and the performance of all three have fallen below the standards that Jules set despite their age advantage.

take at look Hennessy best saves in 2017. Yes we can find better but the abuse he gets you would think he's Kevin miller or butterflinders
