This is more to do with xenophobia than sovereignty IF all sides were being honest. If you are, as you make out to be, a shining knight for multiculturalism and against 'xenophobia', then why have you chosen not to live in a multicultural part of the world? Why have you chosen to live in a town with 97% population being white British? You aren't living with the effects of multiculturalism or the establishments failure of it, nor are you dealing with the effects of globalisation, yet you are happy to preach about it. Constantly claiming that Brexit is the result of 'xenophobia' or 'racism' misses the point wildly and you will never get the reasons why it happened because your sort wouldn't dare visit a place like Rochdale, Blackburn or the North East and see what the EU, globalisation and the establishment have done to those places. Typical keyboard warrior, Why live here? Devon is lovely. Clean air, not too much concrete a la Wellesley Road, the kids schools are good, not much crime, great fishing, friendly folk and a good for business is Exeter. Oh, and lots of incomers so a nice mix of cultures. Btw Blackburn your beloved Blackburn which you so deeply care about means you have been how many times there now? - 44% voted Remain. Oh, and lots of incomers so a nice mix of cultures. Doesn't answer the question and is false about the 'incomers'. Face it, you bark off on here about 'xenophobia' because you have fled from multiculturalism and need to vindicate yourself that you are all the nice things you think you are, liberal, permissive, open minded, etc., when evidence points to the contrary. If you want to believe all folk who relocate from a frenetic and polluted city to a cleaner and healthier lifestyle environment are all doing it because of their distaste for foreigners be my guest. Just makes you look even more foolish and narrow minded than you already are which is no mean achievement. Btw Exeter voted to Remain and 45% of my town did too. Explain that.

The evidence is the statistical evidence of population demographics, which is freely available on the internet. I find it very strange that someone who claims they are pro multiculturalism, shuts themselves away in a town with a white British population of 97%, and then barks off on here that everyone except him and a small band of people are racist, ultra right or fascist. You point blank refuse to accept that people think differently than you do and your pigeonholing of people, whom you say, are politically polarised from you, displays a lack of wanting to understand others views. I guess you could always use 'evidence' from your legions of 'friends' to back up your positions, couldn't you?

So after 40 years of living in London, and amazing and incredible though it may seem to you, I got to know in that time some people. And wait for this...shocking I know... Some of them are my friends to this day and they still live in London too. Wow. Who would have thought? They all voted Remain. Why did Nigel promote and stand in front of that poster of a queue of desperate refugees from Syria with a 'no thanks' look from him I wonder? Who was he reaching out to and why was he disingenuously looking to blame Brussels for the casualties of a war in the Middle East?

So Nigel Farage and a poster have something to do with you engaging in white-flight?
