It’s like having a one way conversation with a government official. I haven't said what's best for anyone, other than to say that clearly at this very point in time, being alive and well is much better than him being on a slab through behaviour that could've done him in. Moan though he may, from the possible outcomes he was fortunate enough to stumble into one of the better ones. Luckier than 60,000 others anyway.

Edited by Badger11 (04 Dec 2020 1.33pm) That sucks. It definitely makes sense to have a keen awareness of the situation in different areas as it can vary a lot.

These untested face coverings only provide minor protection so unless you’re social distancing at all times I don’t think you can say you’re protected wherever you are. Unfortunately there’s the spread of germs by some masks. The one thing you can do is never touch the holes in your face or food out of the house when your hands haven’t just been washed. This is why employees will never be able to sue employers. Edited by Rudi Hedman (04 Dec 2020 4.33pm)

Border Force Officers been working through, dealing with who knows what and their reward is no pay rise at all, so basically a pay cut. Wife has to work Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. Happy Christmas!

They should be giving the nurses a pay rise and a Christmas bonus. F@ck the 'Health Chiefs' though. Who pays for that then?

Who pays for that then? I can understand what you mean but basically nurses have needed better pay for a while, in my opinion. Not the others. Nurses used to take some kind of oath, doubt it was the Hippocratic Oath but not sure what, or if they still do. They were good in Carry On films.

Once you get to 2 trillion the middle finger is the answer. The problem is where do you draw the line at worth! If a social worker improves your life they are valuable, if an mp helps your situation they're worth more, it's in the eye of the receiver tbh. Ultimately though the nhs will be your last contact on this planet so your point is probably correct in a strange way.

Published December 2nd So if the impact on fertility is unknown, if you're planning on having children one day, it would be unwise to agree to take this vaccine. But common sense seems sparse these days. How can a vaccine get through the safety regulations if the impact on fertility is unknown?

You’re taking it to protect others, only you may not be, because you might still transmit Covid after the vaccine is supposed to work. But the nhs, yes, the nhs, you’re taking it to protect them, keep yourself out of hospital so they can treat others. Sex and children. Who needs ‘em anyway?

How can a vaccine get through the safety regulations if the impact on fertility is unknown? That crap film 'Children of Men' with Clive Owen is now truly prophetic.
