The EU has s*** the bed. Now it has to lie in it. And the EU is very good at lying. We're now at the "utterly irrational, deflect no matter what" stage. Lagging behind in your vaccination plan? Terrified enough people that it doesn't work? Supply shortages because you decided price was more important than negotiating continuity of supply? Ah, just blame the Brexit-vaccine. Won't matter. We've already told them it doesn't work on old people. Now let's just say it kills young people as well. That'll teach those Gammons in the UK. Fascinating, really. We had Twitter editorialising tweets disputing claims of election fraud. All the major players were silenced and shutdown if they dared suggest the dementia-ridden idiot won by questionalble means. Tweets locked. Replies disabled. Warning labels all over the place. Where's the same for world leaders going against scientific studies on vaccine safety? Why aren't they clamping down on it? Why is Macron given a free pass? Yeah, yeah: Brexit bad. Orange man bad. Maybe they can give the 400,000 vaccines Italy seized this afternoon to Australia. I mean, they don't want them now, right?

Good post at the moment it appears that the scientists are saying the vaccine in okay WHO and EM it's the politicians who are banning it. The EU are a disgrace risking their own citizens lives just to thumb a nose at the UK.

The EU are a disgrace risking their own citizens lives just to thumb a nose at the UK. The director general of Italy’s medicines agency said the benefits of the jab outweighed the risks but that the decision to suspend was taken at political level. “We got to the point of a suspension because several European countries, including Germany and France, preferred to interrupt vaccinations [...] to put them on hold in order to carry out checks. The choice is a political one,” Nicola Magrini told the la Repubblica newspaper. So no grounding in medical data, nor science. Slow clap EU. Slow clap.

Pfizer execs say there's a 'significant opportunity' to hike prices of its COVID vaccine - [Link] Whereas AZ is at cost basically. A bunch of European Nations sucking lemons, and plenty of $$$ to be made in some quarters from demonising their vaccine non-stop. Hmmm.
